Once you’re pre-qualified, we begin the home search. I’ll help you explore homes that match your needs, lifestyle, and budget throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.

My goal is to make the process efficient and focused, so you’re not overwhelmed and can confidently identify the right home when you see it.

After your offer is accepted, we enter escrow. During this time, inspections, disclosures, and financing are reviewed to ensure everything is moving forward smoothly.

I’ll guide you through inspections, timelines, and next steps so you always know what’s happening and feel confident moving toward closing. 

One of the first steps in the home buying process is understanding your budget. Getting pre-qualified (or pre-approved) helps you know how much you can afford and shows sellers that you are a serious buyer.

I can connect you with trusted lenders who will guide you through your financing options and help you prepare for the next steps.

When you find the right home, I’ll help you prepare and submit a strong offer based on market conditions and your goals.

This includes reviewing comparable sales, negotiating terms, and guiding you through the back-and-forth process with the seller to help you secure the home.                                              

The final step is closing, where ownership of the home officially transfers to you. I’ll make sure everything is completed correctly and that you’re fully prepared for this final stage.
